Welcome to the Desert Survivors Annual Meeting for Sunday, October 23 2005
Desert Survivors and Guests:
The Desert Survivors Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday, October 23. A mailing was sent to the membership in September with all the details. The agenda and directions are posted below. I hope all who read this will be able to attend. Non-members are welcome, but only members will be able to participate in the business meeting and elections late in the afternoon.
Come early for a good Desert Survivors experience. Our second speaker, our “Surprise Guest”, will be announced later, as the meeting date approaches. We’ll also have the popular Desert Jeopardy game, a big hit the last two meetings.
Non-members are encouraged to join, and can do so at the meeting. If any member wants to run for a spot on the Board of Directors, make sure to make the business meeting late in the day. We welcome your involvement. Bring something for the potluck. You can stay for the dinner and dancing afterward.
See you on the 23rd!
